We encourage you to bring along as much information as possible – the more details, the better!
If you can, please bring a copy of your plans, ideally printed in A3 format or larger. This allows us to easily annotate them during your visit. Additionally, any inspiration images, mood boards, or ideas you’ve gathered for your space will help us understand your vision and provide tailored recommendations.

Absolutely! We’re huge dog lovers here at Fritz Fryer and would be delighted to welcome your furry friend. We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved and doesn’t disturb other customers who may be visiting our showroom at the same time.

Herefordshire Studio
Yes, we have customer toilets at our Herefordshire studio, conveniently located on the ground floor.
London Showroom
Unfortunately, we do not have onsite parking at our London showroom. We recommend checking nearby parking options or using public transport.
London showroom:
To attend your appointment at our London showroom there is a small step up from the pavement into the ground floor of our showroom, please note to access the the toilets is via a staircase and no lift is available.
Virtual Appointments
Our virtual appointments are initially scheduled for 15 minutes. This allows us to get a clear understanding of your project. If additional time is needed for future discussions, we’ll happily schedule another appointment, with extra time charged as applicable.
In-Person Appointments
Our in-person appointments are initially scheduled for 30 minutes. This provides ample time to review your project and gather key details. Should further discussions be required, we’ll arrange follow-up appointments, with additional time charged as applicable.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your designer or client along. Having you both present allows us to foster a stronger relationship and ensures we can align with your shared vision and goals for the project.
